SHIPPING & DELIVERY

You can purchase your items online and they will be shipped directly to your doorstep. Each purchased item is manufactured on demand. Manufacturing time will not take longer than 10 days. Orders are shipped via Certified Spanish Postal Service delivered worldwide within 5 to 7 business days after shipment. Shipment is provided free of charge.

PAYMENT SECURITY

You can pay with any card which you have associated with a PayPal account. You can also enter your card data directly with Stripe

GENERAL CARE ADVISE

Don’t clean the pieces with any abrasive products. Only use soap water.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns for items damaged during shipment carrier are accepted when notified within 5 days from reception, to be replaced by the same purchased item. Exchanges for undamaged items are offered on request under specifically agreed conditions. All items must be returned in the original packaging within 30 days from date of purchase, to be accepted for return and/or exchange.

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS OR FAULTS

Repair or replacement is offered, whether it is a repair or replacement will be decided based on the circumstances and through the specifically agreed conditions. As for returns and exchanges, items must be returned in the original packaging, safe from potential shipping damages.

REFUNDS

Refunds are not accepted under any circumstances.

COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

The collected Personal information through the purchase order transaction is data to be used only to uniquely identify our Customers for manufacturing and delivering the purchased items. From time to time, we may use your personal information to sent notices, such as communications about Marc Monzo’s work by email. On reception you will have the option to unsubscribe for future notices. Your provided personal data will not be shared with other parties.
